The store sells products to adult individuals (of legal age). Vat is included in the prices. We reserve the right to amend the prices and delivery costs.

Ordering and Delivery

Ordering

The products are ordered from the web store by moving the items to the shopping cart and paying the contents with the payment gateway. All our customer information is handled with confidentiality. The contact information requested with the order is not used for any other purpose than delivering the goods or clearing out any discrepancies unless mentioned otherwise. When ordering from the web store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed upon the terms and conditions valid at the time.

Paying and payment methods

We have chosen the safe and reliable Paytrail as our payment service provider at our online store. With it, you can pay with an invoice, partial payments, card payment, in an online bank as well as with mobile payment.

Paytrail payment gateway transfers your payment to the vendor (LuxJewelle Oy). If you see Paytrail Oyj on your bank statement or credit card bill, Paytrail has operated as the proxy in your payment.

LuxJewelle online store functions as a marketplace for the products and services as well as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal aspects and other, self-outlined obligations of the store.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Klarna Payments

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass
your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for
Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those
payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with
Klarna’s own privacy notice. HERE

The payment method is Paypal. By choosing Paypal as your payment method, you accept the Paypal Terms of Use, which you can find HERE.

Changing your order

You have the right to cancel your order completely free of charge, as long as you make the cancellation before the order has been processed and shipped.

If you notice a mistake in the order, let us know immediately by phone (tel. +358 41 3140325) or by email info@luxjewelle.com. In this case, we cancel your order and you can put in a new one normally from the web store.

Please take note that after you’ve received your order confirmation, we do not make changes to the order, so the only way to change it is to make a new one.

Different delivery address

If you want the products to be shipped to a different address from the invoice, you can choose the item "Different delivery address" at the cash register. Like this, you can then insert a separate delivery address that differs from the billing address.

Delivery, Prices and Taxes

After you’ve completed an order, you receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Please check that the confirmation corresponds to the order you made! Keep the order confirmation so we can find the information on your order as easy as possible should you choose to contact our customer service.

After we’ve processed your order, you’ll receive a new message stating the item ID of your order or notice of a pickup from our store.

Finland: We deliver your parcel as soon as possible. Generally, this means 2 to 4 working days from placing the order with the products already available in our warehouse. Even during peak times, you should receive the product within 7 working days. If a product has a longer delivery time (for example, separate items out of stock), we seek to inform you of that already on the product info.

EU via UPS:

Scheduled road delivery throughout EU as a door-to-door service. UPS Standard service is not scheduled. Deliveries to EU within five working days depending on origin and destination

We are not responsible for Force Majeure situations (i.e. strike, natural disasters, official regulations or other unexpected factors independent from and not caused by the contracting parties) that cause delays or the indirect damages caused by the delay.

With deliveries, we use the services of Posti, Matkahuolto and UPS. You can pick up your collect orders from Pinky Inky’s store from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays at the address Savilahdenkatu 10, 50100 Mikkeli. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready!

The delivery costs vary according to the selected shipping method and the size (weight and measurements) of the parcel.

- Sending the gift card by post as a letter free of charge.

- Delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker starting from 2,90 EUR. (Finland)

- Home delivery starting from 12,90 EUR. 

- Delivery to EU via UPS Standard 12,90 EUR.

- Collect orders from Pinky Inky’s store 0 EUR.

- Orders over 60 EUR are delivered without delivery costs in Finland.

NB! if you have chosen to collect your order from the store and you want to reserve a time for the fitting of the jewellery at the same time, you can make an appointment by phone +358 41 3140325 or from the section ”Appointments for piercings” where you can find Aunetta’s reservation calendar!

International orders:

Scheduled shipment from Finland outside of Europe. UPS Expedited service is not scheduled. Deliveries within 2-8 working days depending on origin and destination. Door to door service.

-INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FURTHER IMPORT OR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR ONCE IT REACHES YOUR DESTINATION

-We are only responsible for shipping the product and the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid up front.

Exchanges and Returns

Please make note that the item to be exchanged or returned must be unopened in its original packaging. Additionally, the seal (seal label or heat-sealed jewellery bag) on the jewellery bag inside the jewellery box must be intact. The returned or exchanged item must also be unused. The returned goods are examined, and if they have markings from use, the items do not fit the criteria for return.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. We handle returns within 14 days of the arrival of the parcel. If the return is found acceptable, we return the sum you used through the payment service to you. From the total sum, we withhold the return costs of 2,90 EUR (for foreign orders according to postage). Even if the total of your order would have exceeded 60 euros, we still charge the return costs.

If for any reason you want to exchange or return the ordered product(s), you have 14 days for this from the date of the pickup of the delivery. You can find the instructions for returns and exchanges below.

Returning a product


International customers:  please contact our customer service beforehand at info@luxjewelle.com.

Returns within Finland:

With returns, do as follows (with Posti):

1. Send us an email titled ”Returns” to the address info@luxjewelle.com. Write down your order number and a message stating that you wish to return some products.

2. Make sure that all the items to be returned are ready, in sealed unopened packages and packed carefully.

3. Add written on a piece of paper

- your order number

- the reason for the return

- your contact information

4. Write our address on top of the parcel:

5. Take your parcel to the nearest service point.

NB! You can use these instructions also with parcels from Matkahuolto, as long as you remove/cover the original address card of Matkahuolto.

If you wish to return a shipment via Matkahuolto, please contact our customer service beforehand at info@luxjewelle.com.

Exchanging products

If you wish to exchange a product, it is done the same way a regular return is done. After you’ve returned the parcel, you can make a new order from the web store. Do as follows with exchanges:

1. Send us an email titled ”Exchange” to the address info@luxjewelle.com

Detail the item(s) you want to return and the product(s) you wish to exchange it with (name of the product(s), colour and size). We then verify the availability and confirm the successful exchange as soon as possible. 

2. Make sure that all the items to be changed are in sealed unopened packages, ready and packed carefully.

3. Add written on a piece of paper

- your order number

- the information about the products you wish to exchange

- your contact information

4. Write our address on top of the parcel:

5. Take your parcel to the nearest service point.

Returning a shipment from abroad:

1. Send us an email titled ”Returns” to the address info@luxjewelle.com. Write down your order number and a message stating that you wish to return a shipment. We will send you the returns dispatch note by email.

2. Make sure that all the items are in sealed unopened packages, ready and packed carefully.

3. Add written on a piece of paper

- your order number

- the reason for the return

- your contact information

4. Take the parcel to the nearest service point.

NB! Unclaimed parcel is not the same as returning the shipment! From these we charge the delivery costs as well as a 10 EUR handling fee because of the costs this creates for us. This applies also to orders that are left unclaimed at our store, in which case we charge the customer a 10 EUR handling fee.

Please make note of the storage periods of different suppliers (Posti, Matkahuolto,UPS) in collection points or parcel lockers, and fetch your delivery within those times.

Problematic situations

If a product is missing or damaged during delivery or it doesn’t correspond to your order otherwise, you must inform us about it in writing, preferably by email within 14 days at the latest.

If the parcel has clearly been damaged in transit (that is the parcel has outwardly noticeable damages when you receive it), immediately file a complaint to the cargo company that delivered the goods!
